Asteroids with known good game board, power brick, and A/R I, had only a white dot in the center of the screen.
1. All fuses metered good out of the deflection board
2. All chassis mounted transistors verified to NOT be shorted
3. Tested for +/- 30vdc at P700 & P600. The +30vdc tested good, -30vdc tested bad (0vdc).
4. The -30vdc tested good on the input side of R100, and tested bad (0vdc) on the output side of R100. R100 tested open. Placed a jumper over R100, and picture came up beautifully.
The repair when I get the monitor out of the machine will be... Remove R100 & R101 and replace both with jumpers as per the Tech notes and the FAQ's.
