Finally got the Dragon's Lair up and running...
Overall better than expected thanks to some help here..

I have a used G-07 that was missing a chassis...
The guy i bought it from put in another chassis.

TUbe has minimal burn but the screen is not 100% clear it seems to have a slight red and blue"static" running through it (see attached)...You can see it best on the edges.

I have very limited experience w. Monitors...

Can this be a neck adjustment??? If so how do i handle??

thanks.

Just a pretty simple hook-up from the back of the player(LD v1000) to the NTSC Decoder...(see attached)

the video cable that came w. it is about 15' long..?

what should i look for ..Loose connections?

Would something loose on the NTSC decoder cause this??

Yes, loose connections.

Color me crazy, but it looks like you have a blown cap on that board right above the bottom center blue pot.

You may also need to turn the red and blue gain pots down a hair on the decoder board.

Ok

Ill look into...
(The image was pulled from the web..thankfully not mine if that is the case...)
Ill let you know what i find out tomorrow.

the player was never used but the main videocable connector looks a bit chewed up??

I'll check the red and blue pots(do you know which are which??)

thanks
Dom
