G-07 issue with no neck glow

Hey guys, I was wondering what your take was on this. I have a G-07 monitor that when plugged up you can here the fly back charge up but I have no neck glow and no picture. I can hear the game game play but thats it. What do I need to look for?

FIrst B+ voltage. Then G2 voltage on the neckboard (DC setting for both).

edit: I may as well mention what you are looking for. 120vdc for B+, 500+(ish) VDC at G2 on the neckboard.
