NEW Future Home of Galaxy Blue

Nice choice on the Bulleit
Forgot to mention, I was running low on Bulleit this past Sunday so I decided to switch over to a bourbon I purchased on a whim probably four years ago. It's definitely a little harsher than Bulleit, but mixed with soda, I could hardly tell the difference. This is about half the cost as well. But like I said, certainly not as smooth. Cool name tho.

Wolf Moon? Wasn't that your nickname for Fritz that time you guys roleplayed "Little Red Riding Hood" without pants on?

If you like bourbons and haven't already tried it, Angel's Envy is great for around $40. Also if you like a shot of Tequila now and again Costco's own añejo is amazing and a steal at $30 for a liter.

What games were getting the most attention from the crowd, Phet?

Working on adding some LED bar lights to galaxy blue. Couldn't afford and didn't want to deal with real neon so my kids bought me some for neon/LED bar signs from Amazon. While they're cool in their stock form, the mounting mechanism leaves a lot to be desired. They basically send you a chain with two hooks that are supposed to go through two holes that are drilled in the plexi that the LED tubing is attached to. You then hang the chain on a screw or nail protruding from the wall. Just seems rinky-dink and weird to me. So I decided to make a better mounting solution. First I took quarter inch fiber board scraps and laid them under each of the lights. I traced the shape onto the fiberboard with pencil, then cut out the shape with a jigsaw. After a little bit of sanding on the edges in the face, I drilled three holes through both the plexi sign and the quarter inch fiber board. I then grabbed chalk paint and painted each background shape. charcoal gray. I used chalk paint because I wanted a flat, dark surface that would not reflect light and would basically fade into the background. I then went and found some old pinball parts, namely the posts that go around the screws that hold up plastics on the play field. I had some leftover from my pinball days in various colors so I used three on each sign. And then grabbed 1.5" long 1/4–20 screws and hammered in T nuts from the backside. I then attached each acrylic sign to the fiber board backe. Now I'm able to hang these on the wall permanently rather than having them hanging by a chain like a necklace around some greasy gigolo's neck. Hoping to mount these on the wall this weekend.

For the first time in about 10 years, my wife was down in the arcade playing games. All because of the new liquor shelves I put up and the dartboard finally coming home. She helped with the design of the shelves and was asked to play darts by my daughter who was home from college. Next thing I know, she was all over playing games. Her favorite was Qbert, but I think she played at least 4 to 5 games in total this past Saturday. She also picked a couple songs on the jukebox and told me how beautiful it looked. Who is this person?
