You have to start them young. My son is almost 4 months old.. Fixed one of my 4 Gorfs today, after I got it into the house I showed it to the little guy.. His eyes got big. He watched me play a game, then it was his turn.. He started off wanting to just chew on the Joystick.. He did figure out how to shoot with a little help.. His score was pretty low, and he got taunted alot by the machine. He never made it past Space Cadet level;)

Watch out everyone by the time he is 5, he might be ready for the record attempt:D

Start them young, they are the future of the hobby:D My daughter is 5 now.. She didnt really get into the arcades until she was about 2.. Her game was pole position, we put a brick on the foot petal.. She would say "Stay on the road".. at 3 she was really into Centipede.. Walked in one day and she was on the 5th level:eek:.. She also like street fighter, but mom didnt like her playing it because she would act it out.. She would play anyway she would sneek into the arcade room, turn it on and play. Now she is really into Dragons Lair, and her Moppet.. So far my son has only showed interest in Brezerk and Gorf..

That's awesome, but FOUR Gorfs? I'm jealous!

Well non of them were working. Tomorrow im going to be down to 3, I cant save one of them.. Water Damage..

^^^^This is how I usually start my games as well. ;)

Our son is 9 months old and I have already had him on top of the pinball machines. I plan to start him early as well.

Thats a cool picture, and a great game to start him on.

Took him in to play again today.. Turned the machine ion and he stated laughing.. I think he likes the voices.. He likes Berzerk for the same reason.. But gorf is good for him since the fire button is on the flight stick.. He actually got over 200 points on hos own today:D

Awesome! I have a 2 month old daughter ready to compete with him in a few years. I'm itching to get her down to try it.

My wife said to me today about how our four month old is going to be the coolest kid in class from having arcades. I then pictured a chucky cheese party in my arcade room.

Heh! At least you can kind of ban kids or parents that you don't want there again.
