Funspot trip this friday...

Well, I finally decided to take the trip. Planned months in advance, I and a fellow KLOVER are driving up on Friday 5am to funspot from LI, NY. We plan on getting there around lunch time, spending a few hours and driving right back. You guys think 3 to 4 hours is enough time? lol

Also, if there is any other KLOVer on LI that would like to take the trip with us, I am driving a truck so I can seat up to 7 people. so 5 more seats left. are there any klovers in NH that are off on friday to hook up at funspot?

We just wanted to go and check out all the games. Pretty much a one shot deal.

I was there all day and night Friday. Wish you guys had asked for me. I didn't know what you looked like so when I saw a group of guys in a car with NY plates, I asked them if they were here from KLOV. The complete look of shock told me it wasn't your group. They didn't know what KLOV was (really??) so I went on my way.

I will be honest, I actually walked away during the game due to lack of interest. Next time, I will give it a fair shake. Some of my close friends would say that is me. If it does not grab me within seconds, I am gone!

LOL no sweat, just joking. I think it's a great game though personally. Music is great, graphics are decent, fun to see if you'll get an instant replay (especially while playing with friends, another measuring stick besides score) and I think the game play is quite fantastic and ramps up on an even keel. Aside from that it sucks though :)

I wish we would have met you Gary. Very impressive place! We were there from 1pm until 5ish. I was very sad to leave that Pooyan... :(

While we were there, there weren't too many people in the place. It seemed to start attracting customers when we were leaving. There was this tall blond haired chic working on an oldie shooting game (Forget the name) on the 3rd floor. Aside from that, We only spoke to the guys working at the counter in the bowling alley. Where were you hiding?

I was the guy running around in the "Crocodile Hunter" tan Dickies :) There's a good chance I probably ran right by you several times on my way to another project.
