Somehow ran into this on Yahoo! and although I'm new the hobby, this is just vague as vague can get! :D

What would a Break Thru arcade machine in decent condition that works be worth?

my guess would be a couple hundred? maybe 100-300 depending on the condition. Not many people collect or even use arcade machines anymore and the older they are the more it's worth.

I would say a response like it's worth $100-300 is a general answer to a how much is this worth question. Somewhat vague but unless the person asking the question provides pictures and great detail how accurate of an estimate can one really offer?

To elaborate slightly more they might have added that price will vary based on location of game and the availability of that particular game in that area. physical and working condition are the other factors that drive price. Condition is generally described in the question though so we can assume the person offering the value factored that in already.

Good point. I just found the comment the older they are the more they're worth was a bit off.

Esp since B&W games from the 70s, despite being more and more rare, don't command nearly as much, usually, as their color counterparts.

yea the people that have the 70's b@w game's when you want them give them to you. then they pay for white glove delivery service and set it any where you want it inside the place you live. then they send you a thank you note saying they hope you had a wonderful experience.

I wonder what cabinet they were talking about. Some games, it seems like removing the conversion game PCB might increase the value of the cabinet.
