Anyone have a good method to safely remove the entire backbox from Funhouse, not just folding it over? I'm going to pick one up tomorrow and I've never had a 90s pin, nor have I had a pin that has a foldable backbox. I've removed backboxes on 80s games so I'm not sure how similar they may be. I'm going to be taking it down some stairs and I really want to remove the backbox to make it lighter.

Is it too much trouble to even remove the playfield once the backbox is out? I'm trying to come up with a plan to lighten the load going down the stairs without going too far.

Thanks!

Should be a couple of bolts and disconnecting the wiring harnesses.

Disconnecting the wire harness is just a pia and if you could find a way not to ....do it. However, if you have to, bring a sharpie pen to label each connector so you are sure to put them back on correctly.

Possibly a couple bolts (bottom of head on left and right side typically home users don;t use them) and then your hinge bolts.

As far as removing the PF - if the wiring harness is loose it's pretty darn easy as long as you have some help. But then again if you're looking to remove the PF you obviously don;t have any help ;)
