Hi;
I have a very nice, numbers matching I,Robot for trade. I am looking for "rare" vectors. I am willing to include cash (if warranted) to make the trade happen.
Here are the details:
It's not perfect but numbers matching (ser#510) w/ 344 clicks on the meter and original coin bucket!
Work done:
Game PCB:
-Pulled notorious faulty RAM - replaced w/ sockets and installed new 4164 RAM
-Pulled notorious masked ROMs and replaced with newly burned EPROMS
-Ran power directly to the PCB as well as the edge connector to insure proper power supply
Rebuilt monitor
Rebuilt switching power supply (over and above)
Rebuilt Hall Effect joystick - (SUPER MINT!) - Butter smooth
New fan w/ vibration insulation for quiet operation
Refinished control panel - reinforced w/ fiberglass
Repo instruction cards
NOS Atari LED start buttons
Repo Atari cones
NOS leaf switches
Refinished coin door
Refinished "ears" on sides of game
Touched up cab
Game looks and plays great. As I said, it is not perfect, there are 2 holes on the right side of the game where it appears that a hasp was fastened.
There are some dings and such on the side art but still has the original luster.
The cabinet has a couple of dings etc. but overall looks really nice.
Here is a link of some videos of the actual game play:
