Hey, picked up a Warlords cocktail a week or so back. Fun game but no real interest in keeping it. Fixing it up right now as a few small issues (nothing major other than missing rails but working on replacements) should clean up real nice. Glass is original and strikingly nice given its age. PCB is unhacked and plays perfectly. You could eat off the insides. Cabinet is solid minus a crap attempt at a paint job (hopefully the original paint is OK underneath). One CPO looks good, other a bit worn but they make repros.

I'm in Tampa, Florida. Am open to trades or a straight up sale depending on offer. I've got a few bucks into this and it is extremely rare (cocktail holy grail maybe?) but i'm reasonable.

For trades looking for stuff like a namco reunion, dragon's lair anniversary, maybe something along those lines. Maybe a Pin? Would also consider a + cash deal as well depending.

So lemme know!

Numbersix is a good friend, and done many deals with him, always as described, and I have actually seen this beauty, and its nice, and once the legs are back on it, will make someone a great machine, and I have never seen one of these before, so was cool to play it, before it moves to someone else :)

where is the machine?

thanks for vouching for him. it's always scary to see someone new selling something expensive.

I'll add a vouch for both numsix and Mick if it helps :)

Thanks for the rep Mick! Yeah its a nice, nice game. Literally took me years to get it off the most recent owner. While I don't 100% know its history back to 1980, from what I can gather its been in home use for a very, very long time. I'd imagine it got kicked to the curb when Pac-Man came out and its been in somebodys bedroom since then. Unfortunately thats probably how the legs went (too tall for the kids?) and somebody thought it would look totally awesome with some grey paint (???) but I guess thats better than sitting in some beach arcade getting kicked and salt water corroded for 30 years.

Anyway, yeah I'm not really new to the KLOV - I wrote some of the early entries back when it started how many ever years ago - but haven't really been active on the forum nor had an account here in years.

If anyone is worried about references and such (and no doubt the internet is a scary place so be thorough!) I run the Florida Arcade and Pinball Collector group (www.arcadeflorida.com). It's a pretty well established community so I'm pretty rock solid on the trustworthy scale, at least I have a reputation to protect anyway and won't just slip off into the night with all your money or pass you misrepresented junk as I know does happen from time to time on the 'net.

So anyway if your looking for a Warlords this could be it. I've been collecting for 16 years and this is the first one i've seen since 1980 so certainly not an easy game to find, especially in this condition.

All these FLA guys who know this awesome new KLOVer don't want a Warlords cocktail? :D

as much as its cool, its not something that would be on my must have list, Im sure its on many peoples list, but not mine, I prefer later era games

Hey Pr0K why don't you go over there and make some files for that, yo!

Maybe I missed it. What was the Cash Price on this?

Yeah I didn't see one either.

Yeah I'd definitely prefer a local deal but I can wrap this up for NAVL and ship it off if it comes to it!

If it came down to that I would but I don't have the spending cash for that yet. Plus I still owe someone some money and I have some critical parts that I will be getting in another week or two that I have to get.

Any chance you could post or email me some pictures of the monitor, preferably out of the cocktail? I have a Warlords cocktail but it doesn't have an original monitor and it sits in there off center. I would like to see the original monitor mounts in this cocktail. I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
