FT/FS: empty Robotron cab (SoCal - IE) *GONE*

**this is gone, thanks**

Painted black. Got it as a converted Choplifter. I lifted some paint on the right side to see if there was any original art underneath (none). No harness or power supply. Converted CPO is there. Generic bezel and no marquee. I *think* the flyback is there. Cab is structurally sound. I was going to multi-williams it, but got a Robotron cab, so this one can move on. I'll take anything smaller in a trade/partial trade as I'm trying to make room!: shmup PCBs, sanwa/seimitsu sticks/buttons, PS3, DS or Wii games, Nintendo t-molding (centered), cash, I could use a rock tumbler, whatever. Make an offer. *Might* be able to bring it to that auction in OC tomorrow.

I do have a spare marquee as well, if interested.

PM with questions. Thanks.

I think M1A got less than $200 for his off ebay and it was 100% working and was in B- cosmetic condition.

So yes trying to sell an empty black Robotron cab might be difficult around here.

Bump- Not really trying to "sell" this. I just want to filter out the flakes who say they want it and never show by asking for any little thing in a trade.

If someone's serious about restoring this, they can have it for free, of course.

Man..

If I lived in So. Cal I would totally take it and take my time restoring it..I want a Multi-Williams cab and would love to use a Robotron for it..

Damn...

Actually I *may* have some pics somewhere on my computer at home, or may be able to take some when I move things around in the Edgarcade. It's solid, not missing any large chunks of wood or anything like that. It actually would make a better cab than my current Robotron if it were repainted and stenciled. Rich is working on some new multi-stencils that look awesome.

Actually NO. Its not.

Actually NO its not bad etiquette.
I am not up on all cabs and sizes.
and If im going to say ill take or what have you Then i want to make sure I have a proper place where it will fit in my bedroom.
Its a game ive never heard of so Pics would give me a better idea of size and all..
So save the judgment for someone else.

dude he is giving it away asking for pics is just bad etiquette

I want to thank gibbous for sending the cabinet to restoration land. While it will take me some time to restore, I plan to get this back to the original Robotron that it once was.

matman - nice to meet you. I'm glad you changed your mind and decided to give it a go. I'm glad it's gone to someone who appreciates it and I look forward to seeing that baby live again.

Krusher - Robotron is a great game. If you like intense and frantic action, give it a try and I'm sure it will become one of your new favorites.
