Xbox+ jamma rig ($250+ Shipping)

I am selling my Xbox JAMMA Rig. I just tested it both on my Neo 29 and my Mortal Kombat Machines

The XBOX is fully loaded. I can't remember how many gigs it has (either 160 or 200 gb). It has about 10 GB free right now. But I have about 40GB of music videos that can be deleted. PM for details!

It comes with everything you need. Emulators, Games, Xbox Media Center

1. Xbox
-only problem is that sometimes the CD door doesn't want to open... just give it a tap

2. 2 Controllers
-have been hacked with an extra cord to connect to the jamma converter. They can function on their own or in parallel.

3. Jamma Converter
-Amplified audio (Mono only, but will work on Stereo Neo-Geo without modification).
-Amplified video to avoid color wash/dark screens.
-Controls wired for Jamma, Neo Geo, CPS2 and CPS3.

PM me for a shipping quote.
I will only trade for a Neo Geo Multicart.

Bumpssssssssssssssss

FWIW, and a bump...

There are a couple of belts in the DVD drives on these things that build up dust on them. If you take it apart and wipe the drive belts down with some alcohol and clean them off, that'll fix most drive problems like that. I've fixed over a dozen of them with the same issues (and worse) like that. If that doesn't work, then it's an alignment issue with the drive itself and can usually be fixed by either tightening or loosening the screws that hold the drive to the case... I've only seen that a couple of times though.

Anywho, good luck with the sale. :)

Thanks, I'd prefer not to muck with it as I almost never use the DVD Drive.

I just store everything on the Hard Drive.

The only time I use it is when I play Soul Calibur as it requires the disc to authenticate.

Soul Calibur 2? Weird... ran that off my hard-drive without the discs with no problems. IIRC, I did have to apply a patch to the .xbe file. But it's been years since I've played it.

It dosnt come pre-loaded w/ any norton security software, does it? :p

These can be a ton of fun, excellent media center, compat on the emu's is excellent as well. Havnt used the jamma adapter, but that does sound awsome :)
