The game has changed since the above... it now has a brand new backglass from Mayfair and a brand new MPU/Driver board from Rottendog. I also replaced some of the lights with LEDs but I'll include 50 new lights in case you want to remove them.

If anybody is seriously interested in the game I can take loads of pictures so you can see exactly what you're getting. You can also stop by and check it out yourself in you're ever in the Binghamton area.

$650 (price updated 10/28/2010)

BTW, here's a picture of how it looks with the new backglass and LEDs...

I know... I feel bad even listing it for sale but we want to get a more modern pinball. Sadly... of the three pins we have, Firepower is the least played.

Just so people don't think my price is extremely over the top, I paid $350 for the actual pin... $300ish for the backglass... and almost $300 for the new MPU/Driver board.

So much for me being sure this was going to stay with us... :(

Took me a long time to sell mine too. I finally found a taker at $650, but it wasnt nearly as pristine as yours looks. Youve got a good price.

Firepower

Just curious......what was the problem with the pin that made you buy the repo CPU? I mave a minty Blackout that does absolutely nothing except give me the 1465 or whatever in the display.........and I had the boards repaired once already. Just wondering if I should go the new CPU route.

Honestly... I can't remember. I think it appeared like it was in audit mode but the display would just quickly scroll through all the settings. You couldn't get it to stop even.

I remember finding a few fried chips and after replacing them only making baby steps. I just got tired of even trying to fix it so I went with Rottendog and never looked back.

Most of you know this, but for those who don't...
You can't go wrong dealing with Jeff.. One of the best!
cheers
/Tim

p.s. Bummed I couldn't make it last Sat :(

I have seen this machine in person, it is absolutely in excellent condition and well worth the asking price. I would have bought it this past weekend if I still weren't looking for a Time Machine pin. Jeff takes good care of his machines.

Down to $700.

Would also do a trade or trade/cash for the following pins...
TMNT
X-files
The Bally Game Show

I can't believe nobody is grabbing this machine.... FP is _the_ pinball of its era, and Jeff's is a great example.

I'm starting to feel bad for that poor game... will no one show it the love it deserves :)

cheers
/Tim

PM back at you.

I'm afraid to say this out loud for fear of jinxing it but it appears this could be pending!?!?!?!? :D
