Hello all,
I am selling a Whirlwind pinball machine that is nice for its age (21 years old). The machine is indeed in nice condition as it has no errors, has been recently shopped (professional technician went through it, I replaced the rubbers, and cleaned it), there is no cabinet fade nor any significant chips/scratches, it has the PinLED display, the fan topper is present and works, the spinner disks work, and I put new decals on the drop down targets, spinners, and a new decal on the playfield Whirlwind logo (includes around the spinners). There are even some LEDs behind the lightning bolt plastic (looks great when the lightning effects goes off) and under the pop bumpers. The main downsides is that there is a little bubbling under the mylar, a previous owner glued some #89 bulb domes in place (bulbs work fine), and there is no lock for the backbox. As such, the machine is sold as-is.
More pictures of my Whirlwind can be seen at http://s844.photobucket.com/albums/ab6/santeh24/Whirlwind/?albumview=slideshow . However, general information on Whirlwind can be found at its Internet Pinball Database site of http://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?gid=2765 .
For transport I prefer local pick-up, but if you like to ship please feel free to do so via a reputable company like North American Van Lines (NAVL) or STI Shippers (http://www.stidelivers.com).
Please let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks all!
