Need these gone in the next 3 days.....Hint the Prices!!!!!

Popeye 340$

Stunt Cycle 325$

Im sure the klov regulars have seen pics of these already....If you need pics im sure i can find the old thread.

Pm me if interested, Prices are firm

Its a sad day when you can't sell these games at these prices

Bad timing for me. If that Popeye is plywood and the cabinet is in great shape I would consider the drive to get it. The price is more than fair. I'm in the middle of buying a house though and I just don't have the extra time or money.

Good luck.

KLOV is rough, man.

I had to part out my Popeye, because no one would pay $275 for it w/ the High Score save kit! Of course, I got more than $275 with the parts, but it still sucked. Have you tried Ebay?

Thats were ive been selling my SS pins. I end up getting more for them.

I was just hoping that a klover would want these....At least ill know it will been in good hands then

There was a $200 Popeye on the Dallas CL for weeks.I don't know if it ever sold or not,but it was in great shape.
I would have loved to have gotten it,but it was a little too far for me,plus I didn't have the extra money to spend on it.Bottom line,Popeye is simply not a popular game. You'd probably be better off converting it to a DK,then you'd probably have it sold in a few days.

If you're gonna go through all the effort to tear it apart, it doesn't make alot of sense to put it all back together as a dk then hope like hell to get that investment back. Junk it and sell the empty cab to a mame freak.

I sold mine last year in fair shape with recapped monitor for 250.00

does any of this have to do with geography? I bought my Popeye cause the seller had trouble moving it, and cause it was cheap and it was my first Nintendo game. I kinda enjoy it, wouldn't mind unloading it. after I capped the monitor it just looks amazing now.

I'd hate to go the part-out/sell to MAME freak route.

As much as I've seen some DKs go for,I'd say it's worth a shot. The Nintendo cabs aren't big enough for the mame freaks anyway. They want those cabs with the huge aircraft carrier-like control panels so they can put 30+ ill placed buttons on it along with 2 track balls whatever the hell else they can dream of throwing on it.

The Stunt Cycle has everything to do with geography for me... Its a simple game, but also happens to be the first arcade game I ever played. The price is good, but the price of traveling to get would more than double it.

It just seems that all Arcades are going down in price....The popeye i have , the guy i bought it from said he had it for 25 years. Its clean inside and out.

O well....to the FIRE it goes!!!!.....JK

If you were closer.. I'd snap it up. I've been wanting a nice popeye. coming out to
NJ or eastern PA soon?

Maybe soneone is driving out this way? Ohio is just to far for a popeye honestly.

I would like to have a Stunt Cycle in my collection as it is one of the first games I played as well. But it would have to be a trade because I am beyond out of room! Plus no moving games for me for at least a month ...says the doc... :(

I too would cherish a Stunt Cycle as it was my first video game exposure (Clear Lake, CA around 1977-1978 at the miniature golf location there... right next to the Drag Race!)...

Distance kills the deal.

I dont know why you want another arcade machine. You got bit by the pinball bug....Its all down hill from here

It would seem you are geographically challenged donny. That is a great price, someone will buy it,you will just have to trip over it for a few weeks is all.Good luck

Popeye is one of those strange ones. Either somebody is looking for one or it sits unless you practically give it away. Guy down here was selling his Nintendo row and the Popeye and Playchoice sat. The Popeye had some nicks but worked perfectly. He started at $250 and kept going down over the course of a couple months to $150. Even at $150 it sat for a few weeks so I finally bought it. I always liked the game but really didn't need another one at the time (or have the room) but finally couldn't resist at that price, plus he was only about 15 minutes from me. I could never see me selling it for only $150 though, after not playing it since the 80's except on my Atari systems it would take at least what you are asking to pry it away, probably more. Very underrated game and I think maybe the difficulty might turn some people off or never having played it.

Now the Stunt cycle, too bad you aren't closer.
