I purchased this Coke machine thinking it would make a great addition to the gameroom. As it turns out, it does not work in the small room.
I really don't know anything about these machines so I will try my best to give an accurate description.
Based on the metal tag attached to the side of the machine, this is a Vendo V63-7 model. I am not 100% sure about the 7 in the model because that digit was very hard to read. It has seven adjustable shelves and the machine does get cold. I am not sure the year of the machine. The dimensions are 27.5 in W x 53 in H x 21.5 in D and weighs approximately 300 lbs.
Overall I would say it is in decent shape for its age. There are some scuffs and some surface rust mostly around the bottle dispensing opening. There is some discoloration on the gold plate around the coin slot. The coil slot has a sticker of $.25 on it. There are two small dents near the bottle door and to the right of the coin slot gold plate. The dent near the bottle door does not affect the seal of the door.
The coin mechanism is not currently working. The guy that sold it to me said it was working but his grandkids did something and it stopped working. I tried it and it worked once. It seems to take the coins but not register that it received the proper amount in order to allow the bottle to be pulled from dispenser. Also I do not have a key for the locking mechanism. It is currently open.
I will try to post as many pictures as possible. I paid $125 for the machine and I am only looking to get that money back. Since I am a novice I may have overpaid for this machine. If so just let me know what the fair price is for this machine.
