Very nice machine. All original other then the new flyback. Nice screen. Pictures and video coming within next few hours but figured i would throw it out here first.

Only issue is 2 screw holes on right hand side of machine where someone put a drink holder but still doesnt take away from the machines greatness.

Some screen burn but faint. Cant really see it in game and hard to see it when turned off. Also keys included with a nice keychain by oldtymegames.

8.5 out of 10

$750

I really need to get rid of this. Im throwing it up in my ebay store Sunday night for $800. Ill offer the KLOVrs a discount and sticker this at $700 for a very nice machine!

Im by no means price policing, but is that how much these are going for? I have one in similar conditon, but had no idea they were going for 600-700. Just curious and free bump!

I based my price off what's on ebay, what's been on ebay past 6 months and what's here in Ohio via CL or KLOV in past few years.

There have been UMK's in Ohio but conversions either in the MK1/MK2 cabs or in another cab all together.

I wouldnt sell mine for less then that either. You can get converted ones for 300-400. And the dedicated ones are alot harder to find.

Now granted like mine, at that price, it may not just sell right away, but it should sell i think

I dropped $700 for a KI2 last year, if that says anything.

I'm a little confused by the burn-in on the monitor though, I've never seen it do that on the like Bio text, unless the brightness was cranked.

good luck with the sale.

Son of a... I sold mine for $500 a couple of months ago. Still a decent price for what I had in it I guess. But I would have much rather had $700. :)

I think the problem with advertising a game like UMK3 on KLOV for the asking price is that KLOV users don't value JAMMA games the same way they would a classic game. I think it's silly to lay claim that a HUGELY POPULAR fighting game from the 90s isn't worth $700 or even $500. people that think you're off your rocker for asking even $400 are clearly out of touch with reality when you factor that the game board itself is good for $100, and if the monitor is up to snuff, it could be worth anywhere between $150-$200. and if it's a dedicated cabinet, shit, if you went to take the same style cabinet and replaced the sideart, the sideart would run you a pretty penny in its own. if you can provide the total package, clean, and in full working order, maybe a recapped monitor and a new power supply to boot, I think it's worth every cent.

if my car wasn't wrecked last year at the time it was, and I wasn't due a hefty settlement for it, I'm not entirely sure I still make the same KI2 purchase or not, cause working for family like a slave 7 days a week for what's technically less than minimum wage makes it difficult to play this collecting game. but if I want something bad enough, and it's local, and the seller even delivers it to me, I say all is fair. I feel like we as hobbyists and sellers need to eat too, right?

but to say that a Galaxian or a damn Crystal Castles is worth more than a JAMMA game is absurd. or Circus Charlie, HAH! that's what I can't stand about this place sometimes.

seriously, either check another forum or try ebay. problem with ebay is the fees, and you'll probably be sitting on it for awhile at that price, just depends on if you can wait and get your desired amount or move it quicker for less.

If you really want to sell it, post more pictures. Monitor on, perhaps? Vid prices are falling into the toilet right now, and I doubt the whole KLOV thing has anything to do with it. Honestly, I hate most "classic" games. So, there are people here who want these types of games.

More pictures to be posted this week. Just haven't had time to turn it on and get video/pictures

Good game but not worth that price in my opinion. You might get that for a MK1 or 2 but most of these cabs go from 500 - 600 these days.

I would say $500-600 would be more realistic also. The thing about the MK3 cab is that it's the hardest one to find, but a lot of people rate the art on MK3 as the worst of all 3 (subjective, I know, not my opinion). I've personally passed on 2 other dedicated MK4' for $300-400 and they are newer and were in great shape.

There's a guy in Atlanta that's had his up for $800 on ebay for about a year with no dice also.

I'm with Mecha on this. I am a jamma brat. Grew up with them way more than classics. MK3 is my favorite dedicated cab. It is also the hardest to find because of lower production. I once owned all 4 dedicated cabs and kept the MK3. I wouldn't let mine go for lower than your asking price. Stick to your guns if you're not in a hurry to sell.

I'd gladly pick this up for your asking price if I were local. There was (or is) a listing for one of these on Craig's List near me, but the guy wants $1,000 for it. I agree with a couple others on here that said the MK3 artwork is the least desirable, but I'm interested in owning all the dedicated cabinets one day, so I would buy it on principal. And being in SoCal, I tend to find games cost a bit more out here, so I'm used to it. $750 for a fairly hard to find original MK3?? It's worth it. I paid $650 for a MINT MKII out in Los Angeles a few years back and I don't regret it...then again MKII was my holy grail.

I know none of this helps with anything, but at least you know some people would pay your asking price! Good luck!
