Got these with many other boards and have no way to test it out. Its 3 boards consisting of 2 large boards + 1 smaller board. $90 shipped

I also have another turbo set consisting of the 2 larger boards for $75 shipped

I do have several smaller boards for $15 each too

Send me a PM if u have any questions

Thanks

Just in case anyone was looking at schematics, the two larger boards are the CPU and PROM boards. CPU is the one on top, PROM behind it. Also, the smaller board is the sound board. I hope someone finds this info useful. Good luck on the sale.

would love a fully working board set, I have 3 sets of boards currently I think and all are tempermental or have issues, shame these are untested :( otherwise would buy them as my turbos been non working since before christmas

Thanks for the offer, but I already have 3 CPU/PROM board sets and 2 sound boards.

Did you ever get your sound boards up to snuff? Mine still makes an odd hum occasionally...I'm afraid to touch it for fear of disturbing the tempermental arcade gods. They've recently been trying to smite me with my Journey and my office's Pole Position, but I refuse to let them! I don't know why these Turbo boards are so temperamental!

I fixed the sound board I got from you (a couple shorted caps). The shorted cap was dragging the output of a voltage regulator, causing it to heat up. I haven't tested the other one I got yet (but at least I know that one works!). My guess is that your issues is caused by bad/dying caps on the sound board (especially considering there are a ton of them). My guess on the cpu board I got from you is the crystal that generates the clock has gone bad (but I haven't had the time to test it yet). My game still plays blind tho; I need to contact Chad soon about getting a replacement flyback. I believe ajcrm has been doing some extensive work with Pole Position, so you may want to speak with him about that issue.

The boards being temperamental is even more reason to have a spare set.
