FS:Taito Multiboards are in

I have the dedicated table-top version and love it.

Nixs, do you have access to replacement CP overlays for the table-tops? IF so, I would be interested in getting one for my cab. Also, please let me know if you can forward me a version of the SNK that can be copied. I have the original, un-hacked version.

Thanks!

Dane

The SD cards can all be copied... no hacking required.
As for the overlay, the original is crap. You'd be better off putting something else on there.

If this is truly the same Hanaho (sp?) PCB sold in the "dedicated" Taito multi-games from just a few yars ago, as I suspect it is, then I have one. They are horizontal and play most of the games pretty well. They can be upgraded from a 10-in-1 to a 20-in-1 by simply changing the SD card. There is also a Capcom version (I have the code for all 3 boards). I agree with the previous post about Hanaho doing some Q&A before releasing it.

Here is a picture of it.

A Capcom version... and a Taito version... but so far no mention of Ghosts 'n Goblins...

I'm going to be getting one either way, but... well, I'd crap myself if I could get classic Taitos PLUS Ghosts 'n Goblins on a board that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

I don't think the Capcom version was ever produced. Only the SNK and both Taito versions. I've owned all three (the SNK and Taito bartops and Taito upright). The games all play pretty well except Arkanoid and the machine's weren't bad for casual home use. If anyone has seen or heard anything about a Capcom version, I'd be really interested.

I said Capcom, but meant SNK. There are rumors of a Capcom version, but I don't have it and haven't seen pics of it or a list of games.

This must be the same board that was in the home Taito game sold to the public a couple Xmases ago....I took one of these games in on trade...my nephew who works for me LOVED the game (it was a cabaret) and took the game home....
the games play very well....highly recommended if you like those games! Todd from TNT Amusements

Someone posted earlier in the thread with a picture of the 20-in-1 menu. I'd like to add that the 10-in-1 menu is much prettier. I posted images of it in another thread.

Nick is a good guy. Got my multi taito up and running and just started playing with it. Only dissapointment I see so far is it does not save hi scores. Maybe I have not found out how to enable it or something. any input anyone?

do you still have inventory on these boards.

I am getting an Arkanoid tonight and I was wondering about any good modificiations or upgrades I can do to the cab. Is there a way to hook this board up to an original Spinner?

He doesn't have any now but does expect to get more, I'm sure he will update his sale posts when they are available.

There is no way to add a spinner from what I've read.

i know this has been asked, but it was back in January, so I'll ask...
Are there any of these boards available yet?
Please let me know as my empty Taito cabinet is beckoning.
Thanks!
