Asteroids. Recapped monitor, new big blue, new plug, new marquee lamp and starter. Runs strong aside from two issues I am working on now. (1) There is a slight shake (smaller / larger vertically) which I think I've traced to a going bad pot on the Asteroids board. (2) As the asteroids/ships/ufo's move north and south, they seem to squeeze about 10% then expand back to normal... there is 2 sections just above and just below center that this happens... many don't notice it, but once you do you do... The physical condition of the cab is very good... one of the better unrestored Asteroids I've seen. I'm willing to off this cab in it's current condition to KLOVians for $250.00 as-is. That's a steal for an Asteroids in this physical condition. Of course, once I get around to completely fixing this cab, the price will increase.

48-in-1 Multigame in a Ms. Pac cabinet that has the Jr. Pac Man conversion kit installed. Overall in very good condition. Side are is vibrant but there are scuffs and other bad spots. Front looks very good...CP looks very good...bezel and marquee look great. Monitor is a Sanyo 20EZ with very little burn. The 48-in-1 is hooked up via a converter board so the wiring remains stock. Fire/Jump button is P1 start and button 2 is P2 start. $500.00 out the door for KLOV members.

Of course I still have the Galaxian cab, gutted, converted, FREE...

Hey Friz....my Asteroids was doing the same thing when I got it. It turned out to be the chip that controls the horizontal output. I bought both horizontal and vertal chips plus added sockets.

Can you give me a chip location and/or markings on the chip that you ordered? Thank you sir.

I got them from arcadechips I believe. They are the specialized ones with the plating on top in the video output section of the board near the harness connector. At the time I got mine they were like 12.00 each.
