Been running in my arcade for about a year. It's the Asia version that has been upgraded to the latest build. From what I understand it can be downgraded, I just never bothered to try it.

I have not replaced the battery, but told it was done about 3 years ago when I bought it, but I would recommend getting it done sometime so you know for sure.

I'm asking $400 shipped (in the USA) for it, but if you think that price is not reasonable I will take offers.

It's the PCB, CDRom, and Sercurity Cart. I can post pictures of the PCB mounted in my cabinet along with a video of it working if need be.

Not sure what you mean by upgrading. Do you mean new generation to third strike or a newer revision of thirdstrike? Also the usual cost is about 325 from what I have seen in previous sales. Good luck though. I would try shroyuken.com before ebay

Yeah, I might try SRK.

3rd strike has 2 revisions. One with Urien's unblockables still, and one where they were fixed. Plus minor other changes. Mine is the newest one, with no unblockables. The older version is desired more because Urien is basically unplayable on a high level with the fixed version.

Anyway. Thanks again. Someone else on here said they just bought one for 400 shipped, which is why I started there. Thanks.

I do not how much the kit cost .
I got one Street Fighter III Third Strike in trade ,25" monitor, working game .
I asked $350 for the game locally ,highest offer was $200 so far .

The crummy part about this is the fact that it's about to be released on the home console. As late as last year this was going for well over 400 plus, but the same thing happened with MVC2 it was selling crazy high. Then it was released in the home console and the price just nose dived.

Yeah, I was hoping to get it sold before it drops on he 24th. I have it up on ebay now. I set a reserve at $300 just to see how the bidding goes. If I get that much for it, great.

it's a harder sell with that Asian version for top dollar.
Some of the sounds are changed. Hadoken for example...

Better part that sh*t out, you should get well over your asking price for all the cab contents. I think any collector with Third Strike would just use it in a generic/non-dedicated cab anyway.

The Asian part is really screwing you up. It's highly undesirable compared to JPN and especially US.

As for changing the version from older (better) to newer and back again is a simple CD. You can just download the file and make a burned CD to change it.
