It isn't the same chair as the deluxe has. The chair included with this one was custom made for Namco Cyberstations. It doesn't light up like the DX but it does have speakers and a sub in it.

This one has the 29 inch monitor.

Not that it helps you, but if you remove the CPO, it's only 29.75" front to back (that's what I had to do to get mine in)

It does give me an idea... How difficult would it be to remove the CP? It looks like with that removed (if it protrudes at least 8.5 in), it should fit.

Edit: Nevermind. I see that's exactly what you meant. When I read CPO, I didn't realize you were talking about the whole control panel. Thanks.

Yeah, sorry. I was rush-posting. FYI, you need security torx bits to remove the control panel. Other than that nothing too unique or difficult.
