I'm running out of room in my god forsaken basement. Getting two pins, and don't have room for them. So, I have two Daytona USA stand ups... I guess I'll sell one to make room. Here's a pic of them, don't care which one you take:

I don't quite understand why you'd want to split up the Daytonas. Half the fun...hell, ALL the fun is linking them up and racing multiplayer. Your decision of course, but IMO, it's a mistake to split 'em up.

Fighting games are why I started this hobby. It's not going anywhere. NOBODY plays these games but me and I need room. I love the game and will not get rid of both, so having two of one game that I can only play one at a time makes sense to me.

Like with my Hydro Thunder, I love trying to get a faster time every time I play. Unlike Ridge Racer, you can run these tracks in seemingly endless ways to cut time shorter... Well, not the oval novice track, but the other two (especially the last) are fun as hell to run again and again.

I see it from your point—It's your hobby, you play the games, and you only need one machine to compete against your own times.

I'm not contesting your reasoning; that is your own prerogative. Just stating generally that it's a shame to break up two games that are meant to be connected together for two players to compete against each other. That's all, nothing more.

Wish I had the funds

This is a cool game, been looking for a upright driving game. Wish I had the cash right now, gotta get new tires on the van. Although the bald tires on the van could be lots of fun this winter.

I LOVE the Arcade (w/ pointing finger) and the warning sign. I want both of those for my gaming basement. And I have the perfect place for the finger sign, except the finger would have to be pointing right instead of left.

And I'd really buy 'em both IF they were offered up, just to not split up the set, though I don't have $750 to spend. Just sayin'. :)

Selling both just isn't an option. I may not even sell anything if I can smash them together... But still hoping to sell.

Haha, I know, I'm just a hopeful dreamer. The only way I can get more games is to "smash games" together and put one behind a door, and/or take down a hanging wall display cabinet that has a bunch of crazy vintage stuff on it like wind-up robots, a Pez collection, Star Wars figures, etc. But I'm also afraid to see what's behind it (possibly no wall paneling).

If I may ask, where did you get the Arcade sign (w/ finger)?

both of the daytonas play well, and itll be sad to see one go. You will be happy with your purchase, i can guarantee that.
