Hey guys, a friend at work just asked me if I wanted to buy his Space Duel. It's not a game I'm really into, but I figured maybe someone here wants it. He asked me what it's worth...I told him I wasn't really sure..maybe $400-600? Am I overshooting the value? I dunno...anyway - if you're looking for a Space Duel, PM me and I'll put you in touch w/ the guy and you guys can work it out. :)

If it is working and in fair shape then 400 is fine, it would have to be pretty clean to get 500 and for 600 i would think it would need a new overlay and have the monitor rebuilt. Just my .02

And I'll further point out that kmitche (spelling?) has several times listed a very minty one here in So Cal for $500 and has had no takers.

So even $500 might be stretching it a bit.

List it on eBay. That's the most accurate source of real fair market value. If it sells for $500, more power to him, if it only sells for $200, then that's really what people are willing to pay for that game right now.

Like I said, I don't know wtf it's worth...he didn't seem greedy about it, he just wanted it to go to someone who'd appreciate it. I'm the "arcade guy" at work so he asked me first. Maybe he'll sell it for $200 or $300...I dunno! :)

BTW - Good to see ya John! Come over and play some pins!!! Bring grapefruit! :)
