Sencore CR70 CRT Tester/Rejuvenator/Restorer

------------------------------------------------------------------
Tested working, in ALL aspects of operation, and performs flawlessly. Includes : the CRT setup book with instructions, all factory-included adapters (1&2, 3&4, 5&6, 7, 9&10) AND the optional Universal Adapter (for those rare instances where an oddball tube doesn't mate with an included adapter). The Universal Adapter has a small crack in the plastic casing of one of the clip leads, but continuity is not broken and it works fine.

Sencore CR70's are universal in nature, in that they are capable of testing and rejuventating all types of CRT display tubes, including oscilloscopes and projection tv's! They also used a proprietary socket adapter system that allows for almost any tube to be hooked up to the included double-sided adapter set. Using universal pin layouts on the adapters, the user is able to set which pins are active for what duty based on the dial settings given by the setup book for the specific tube. For example, B&K's CR23 socket is equivalent to Sencore's #3 adapter. But in contrast, the Sencore #3 adapter is also usable on many other similarly-pinned tubes that use different layout/wiring, since the active pin duties are assigned by the setup dials.

If I had 150$ available I would have bought this off you days ago. :/ Got a Sanyo that needs a rejuv and too lazy to try and pull it from the cab and find a repair shop. I'd rather learn how to take care if it myself. :p Is it wrong that I hope you can't sell this for a while so I can buy it? :)
