Ok, so there's extra interest in the Star Trek Cockpit. So, those of you who's wives are nagging you to get rid of yours, isn't it time you finally listed it?

I'm specifically talking about those of you with wives in Northern IL...

I've seen some boardsets LISTED for $400, but I don't think I've seen them sell.

I'd sell one for $300 no problem if that's the case.

If you have working boardsets..you should list them on here. I know there are several guys on here trying to get their cabs together.....

Man- you ought to just sit on this.

Since it's a cockpit, I guess you could literally do that :)

Seriously- the right person hasn't seen it. Fully working?? Holy cow- that's a bargain!
Local ad that mother- Ebay too- just give a little time.

I've found that selling games is a little like fishing (although I don't fish..)

Sometimes you almost have to give something away based on the timing and then others you get multiple bites from your initial offer.
If you've got time and space, hang onto it and try that retrobrite experiment. It will look FABULOUS. Also, I think people are glazing (retrobrite pun) over the fact that all the electronics are up and running. This is a fully working game.

So- everybody has hyped and hyped how TRON games will be so valuable once the movie hits- wasn't it just last year that a STELLAR Star Trek movie was released?

There may be a few good sales, but I'd warn people from too much speculation.

This is amazing to me that NO One has jumped on this...

To be 100% honest I talked 2 newbies out of it. They contacted me from my CL ad. I asked if they had ever owned any arcade games before. They said "No, this will be the first one". I then talked them out of buying it basically. Maybe I am to honest because this machine is going to be in better electronic condtition than 90% of the ones you will find for sale. I am still just not comfortable selling it to someone who has never owned a game before and would prefer it be sold to someone who knows what they are getting into with a Sega Vector game in general. :(
