FS: Rush 2049 SE - Richmond, VA -- PRICE DROP

My one a day bump.

This is still here and needs to go.

I wish to god I could help you out. That's a fantastic price, so much that even being 6 hours away I'd consider it (it is EXACTLY what I want for my arcade, well 2 of them actually) unfortunately it's at a REAL bad time for cash flow here.

I wish you the best of luck with it and hopefully it finds a good home soon.

I think this is totally a fair price but selling games in the Richmond area has been very difficult for the past year. Don't lose heart, its not your game's fault its just the market.

Yeah Richmond really sucks for buying and selling both. Its never really been all that good but these days its even worse.

Not losing faith just trying to figure out if there is a good trade out there for me to think about as well to make something happen. I am thinking that a trade with someone will be far more palatable than an outright sale these days.

Bummer part is the things I would like to have are WAY more $$ than this (ie a nice pin, Star Wars, Tron etc) and the things everyone has to offer are less $$ than this and its things I don't really want/need since I have a MAME (yes I said the dirty word, LOL) cabinet.

I hear ya. Common problem nowadays unfortunately.

I am pretty flexible on making a deal (not the price though) so if anything changes just lmk.

Thanks

It really sucks to see this thing being bumped day after day with no takers, at that price it should be gone. If you were closer I'd have it in the garage right next to my other one. I also did the SE upgrade on mine and its an amazing game! I just picked up a Cruis'n Exotica because that was my favorite driver back in the day and honestly my Rush blows it out of the water. The whole feel of the Rush is better, it has a lot more challenge to it. Hopefully someone will give this a good home soon.

Trust me, I agree - If I had the $750 to spend right now I'd be arranging and making the 6-7 hour trip in a heartbeat. What is wrong with you closer people?! This is a great price.

EDIT* - If I keep seeing this here being bumped day after day watch out, I might be tempted to go grab a quick loan lmao.

Appreciate the support fellas.

I have an nice trade offer from Tim in NY (and I am leaning that way) but it means each of us have to drive about 4 hours one way. A local contacted me last night as well with another trade offer but I haven't heard back yet.

Thanks

Greg

Sucks cuz I dont think Richmond is really a good area recently for buying and selling. Listed the kiddie game I have with not alot of interest except for a couple trades. But not in a hurry on that. Thats more of a niche game since it is a redemption style game.

Did you list on ebay? Might help.

Yes Richmond sucks for this kind of stuff.

Want something here pay a premium usually.

Want to sell something here take a beating on it unless you can wait and wait and wait some more to sell it and then you might only lose a few $$ on it.

Doing my absolute best to avoid ebay as they don't appear to be moving there either and the fees ebay charges now are ridiculous.

I have a pretty decent deal with Tim in NY but it means each one of us has to drive about 4 hours to meet up (not looking forward to that). Its a fair trade IMHO but not one that has me salivating to drive the 4 hours (probably can say the same for Tim too) but it seems like my best choice at the moment and Tim has been great to deal with on this thing.

Still was hoping a local (or traveler) would pop up today.

Greg

Mine's a better deal...
just sayin

[for the record, I'm just saying that cause I would like to make the deal (and I am a perpetual smart ass), not cause I know anything about anybody else's deals]

cheers
/Tim

So long as someone makes a deal...

I'm hoping someone closes a deal soon so I can stop "trying to figure out how I would get it and pay for it."

Seriously, if you posted this after I got my tax refund in the winter, I'd be all over this.
Hoping it finds its way to a good home soon.

Oh I agree Tim ... I like your deal just not the 8 hour round trip (and I am sure you don't either to be honest).

Smart assed or not

Seriously though if you were about 2 hours away I would have already made the trade with and be playing Gauntlet Dark Legacy by now. Distance for most of you I know is not an issue but travelling doesn't always fit in with my schedule.

Good news is that if I make this journey this Sun I won't be missing my pathetic skins play like morons again since they have an off week this week. Of course my even more pathetic Steelers will surely suck again this w/e (can't believe I am saying this, LOL)

Greg

TraderSteve you just need to buy it brother LOL!

Time to put this one to bed.

Rush 2049 is traded to Tim in NY.

Met today in PA for the swap in the parking lot. Still have to move the Gauntlet into the game room but it is in the house

Thanks Tim.

Greg,
Thanks for working this deal and doin' the drive.
For me it was
542 miles
31 Gallons of gas
10-1/2 hours (inc lunch and the scenic way home)
and worth every bit :)

cheers
/Tim

Well that was worse than me but still a good enough deal for the journey.

452 miles
22 gallons of gas ($62)
9 hours (the drive back sucked as I got stuck in DC - of course)

Beautiful weather for the day ... priceless.

My brother-in-law is coming over shortly to help me get Gauntlet DL up the 4 steps we have as the wife couldn't do it. Sadly it was too much for her.

Enjoy the Rush (competitive racing for you now)

Thanks

Greg
