I've got a Rampage game that I'm offering for sale or trade, in Indianapolis.
This was a restoration project I had intended to do, but last week the sound quit working on the game, so I think I'm going to pass this on to someone with more tech know-how (and tools) than I have.
The good: the game is in a very solid original cabinet, with nice side art (it looks like it has been nicely touched up in the past). It has a beautiful bezel and marquee, with almost no red fading -- see the pictures. The monitor is crisp with very little screen burn (you can faintly see the 'game over' at the top, but any Rampage owner will tell you, this is inevitable, as the graphic is displayed all day with white letters against a black box -- silly Midway!) The manual is included, but keys are not - the rear panel will have to be drilled, and the manual is in the inside door pocket. It has been converted to freeplay with a button, and there are no coin mechs.
The bad: the sound has gone out. Last week, we were playing the game fine, and this week, the sound doesn't work. The speakers are working (you can hear the static hiss if you crank the volume way up) so it is some other issue. The rest of the gameplay is fine.
The ugly: like most Rampage games, this really needs a new CPO, it is very worn and torn. There are a couple reproductions in the works on this forum, hopefully they'll be available soon. Also, it needs a strip of t-molding on the right side, and the bottom right front corner has minor collision damage.
UPDATED: SOLD!
