FS Game: FS: PCB's PCB's PCB's and more PCB's

Hello All!

Just wanted to take a moment and remind everyone of a few things :)

1. I'm not an operator and this is not my main source of income. Like many of you I have a real source of income (job) and a wife who is very supportive of my hobby but does require my attention lol

2. The reason I made this buy out of an operator...This forum has some great people who have taught me a few things here and there. I believe WE need to take every opportunity to preserve these games as long as we can otherwise the history will disappear. I AM A COLLECTOR. I wanted to give everyone here an opportunity to get a sweet deal on a board you may have been looking for.

3. I have made a large financial investment to make this possible. I am not trying to GET RICH. I am trying to cover my investment, cover cost of the bubble wrap (freaking expensive in my opinion) and a little of my time.

4. If stated Tested-Working the board was tested on my test rig, turned on, coined up, and played for 1 min. I retest each board before packing up for shipping. If listed as untested I may not have the proper harness or cab to test (and may never have the harness anytime soon). If listed Tested and "Failed" the best guess of the issue is listed.

5. Thanks to all my orders my POST MAN hates my guts now. ROFLOL

6. By Monday 11-5-12 the first orders should have arrived many will hit 11-3-12. Hopefully if you have ordered you will leave feedback on your experience dealing with me. If there is a problem please PM me to resolve the situation to the best of my ability. Remember I want everyone happy.

Please help me help you. The support so far has been excellent and I hope everyone enjoys these boards.

Regards,
Adam

Not knocking you at all, but if it truly was a "large financial investment", maybe you shouldn't have taken such a large risk?

Excuse me? Wow...what does this have to do with this thread?

Did I state I was desperate to sell these boards? I am trying to offer these boards to fellow collectors without Ebay ripoff pricing...and put them into back in to circulation instead of some old operators warehouse...

Guess you dont get it....

My reply has everything to do with this thread. In your second post to the thread you stated you made a "large financial investment". You also said it wasn't your main source of income, i.e., this is a hobby for you. Why would a person make a large investment (by their own standards), thereby, by their own definition, putting themselves on some standard of financial risk, for a hobby? While you didn't say it was a risk, by stating it was a large investment, automatically implies risk. It appears you are able to sell many of these boards and that's great, I'm sincerely happy for you. But on the other side, what would have happened if you judged the market wrong and weren't able to sell a single one of them? All of a sudden the "large financial investment" is a financial burden. That's something I hope no one in the hobby encounters, especially if the financial burden is the result of hobby related spending.

You stated you did this to get the boards back in the hands of the collectors and that's great. No problem with that at all. I'd have no problem if your motive was to just make money. I was just pointing out that if it was truly a large financial investment for you, and this is a hobby for you, to be careful. I don't think the risk is worth it for a hobby. If you have extra money to spend on a hobby great. But I suspect many people that spent $2000 for a Ms Pac before the financial bubble in 2000 wish they had that money back now.

Again this a thread for selling boards not a discussion about my decisions on how I spend my money on my hobby.

Your post is in my opinion a hijack of my thread which is against the policies for this thread.

If you have further items to discuss please use the PM feature.

Have a good day!
