missing 1 coin mech, wiring is original and in nice shape.

I'm not even sure why, but I want one of these. I only have 2 Atari cabs, both with over/unders... But, these doors are awesome bump.
 
I think these were widely used on Atari's late-70's era B&W games, and only hung on long enough to make a brief appearance early in the run of Asteroids. They were then replaced by the more common early-80s Atari coin doors.

that's close. I would trade for something

Here's a pic of the front and back of it. Looks like the CPO peeled, and the previous owner just put some black paint down. Not real pretty, but the metal on the CP seems just fine. Uglier than I remember, though.

Got it today. Superb packing, my man. Leaving you positive feedback now. This thing is a lot cooler looking than I thought it would be! :) And in really great shape, too.
