FS: NOS Nintendo Vs. Super Mario Bros. Kit! Whooooaaaa
I've been holding onto this for a while, but it's time to let it go. This is a NOS never used Nintendo Vs. Super Mario Bros. Kit. Here's what it's got.
Original case, with some shelf wear. This was bought out of an operators warehouse years ago, it was sitting on a shelf with several others and apparently was bought at one time, and never installed. The same operator had many many unopened cases of Nintendo Playchoice stuff, so there's no doubt in my mind that they for whatever reason just bought too much stuff or got it on clearance and never got around to using it. They may have even misplaced it for a while, they had an unbelievable amount of artwork lying around. There were about 50 of these Vs. cases, most had been used but a few including this one were unopened and still sealed.
The case itself has been opened of course (there's just two plastic snaps to hold it closed) but nothing inside has any wear on it.
- NOS Marquee with the adhesive backing still on it, no fade.
- NOS 'red tent' Marquee
- NOS Topper, still folded, excellent unused condition with the adhesive still on it
- NOS dip switch card for inside the machine
- NOS dipswitch paperwork
- NOS installation instruction paperwork
- NOS "Vs. Pak" paperwork
- NOS blank white label for the outside of the case
- NOS Warranty Card
- NOS Serial Number sticker
- NOS Nintendo sticker for Vs. Dual Monitor cabinet
- NOS 'angled marquee glass" for Vs. Dual Monitor cabinet
- NOS plexiglass (cover has japanese company logos on it) for Vs. Upright cabinet
- NOS Foam inserts
and the Coup De Gras
- NOS Unopened chipset... if you've found any of these NOS before, you know Nintendo just put a couple little pieces of scotch tape on the side of the chipcase. Still intact, check out the pictures. Chips are of course untested... it has the extra RP2A04 CPU chip visible on the top of the pack.
$200 including shipping in the continental U.S. Case will be wrapped in bubble wrap, then cardboard before shipping. (I've seen people just duct tape these and put postage on them... yuck)
