FS: NOS IC's

6500, 6800 and 68000 series are a little difficult for me. I can find plenty socket pulls/refurbs, but finding them in NOS form has proven to be a real pain. If pulls/refurbs are OK with you guys, I can source pretty much anything (even Z80 series)....

I could use some Z80B CTC's.......I don't need a lot. A tube would be plenty....pulls are fine with me.

All right. I grabbed up some LOOSE Z80's, Z80A's, Z80B's, Z80 CTC, Z80A CTC and Z80B CTC. These are loose, used, pulls.

There's about 125-150 chips in total between all of the above. First $80 gets the stash. Note: these are LOOSE and NOT IN TUBES.

I'm getting ready to make a bug buy for chips. Here's what I'll be picking up. If you want ANY of these, you need to contact me ahead of time because I'm forking over a LOT of money to buy this stuff and I'm only getting enough to cover people who let me know in advance.

Anyhow, here's the bottom line on what I am getting:

6502 CPU (tubes of 9pcs per tube @ $30/tube)
68B09E CPU (tubes of 9pcs per tube @ $20/tube)
6821 PIA (tubes of 9pcs per tube @ $25/tube)
Z80 CPU (tubes of 9pcs per tube @ $20/tube)
Z80A CPU (tubes of 9pcs per tube @ $22/tube)
Z80B CPU (tubes of 9pcs per tube @ $25/tube)
TMS9928 (tubes of 9pcs per tube @ $30/tube)

Any interest in these aside from anyone who's already emailed/PM'd me?

I just added 100 tubes of Atari (AMI) C012294B-01 POKEY chips to my list. Tubes come with 9 chips per tube. I'm asking $45 per tube. Buy 10 or more tubes and the price is $40 per tube. Grab these NOW because this is the LAST time I'll be able to offer them.
