FS: Nice Congo Bongo

Looks like I'm picking up a new game this weekend so I need to make a spot. Congo Bongo as been good to me, and it gets alot of play, but it's time for someone else to enjoy it now.

It's in nice shape, probably better than most.
Has a corner broken off the lower access door. It's always bothered me, but not enough to go the Home Depot & have a new one cut.
Full side art both sides, left side is missing a piece, but still very presentable.
CPO is Wonderful, it could prolly be used to scan in for repros - it's that nice.
The outside was cleaned up well when I got it, but the inside could use a vacuuming.
I think I remember capping the monitor about 3 years ago, but I'd have to check. But monitor looks good either way.

Plays very nice & all sounds are there.

I just finished the cleanup of a Pengo which came into to basement arcade last week, replacing my TV (was mounted in an Asteroids cab). This weekend I'm picking up a very sweet Play Choice 10. This one will replace the Congo Bongo on my porch arcade. Yea, I ran out of room downstairs so I had to annex to sun room. I was planning on selling my VS, but try telling that to my daughter.

I was hoping it could go to another KLOV member, but it looks like it's eBay bound.

Had you posted this for sale a few weeks ago it would have. Congo Bongo was on my wanted list for quite a while. I eventually dropped it in favor of pursuing other games on my want list after never seeing one come up for sale in the two years I've been collecting games. Well, I take that back; one did come up for sale but it was incomplete and pretty beat looking, so I didn't consider it a viable candidate.

I officially ran out of space in my basement arcade just a couple of weeks ago with the purchase of a dedicated Star Trek: SOS upright. I've also reached the point where I don't want to purchase any more big ticket items for now.

This is a really nice Congo Bongo too. Damn. The game is in my 60-in-1 and it looks, sounds, and plays just fine in my opinion, but there's nothing like the real thing.
