I'm selling my partially restored Ms. Pacman Cocktail Table.

THE GOOD:

This table has a reconditioned board, wiring and power supply. The monitor was just reconditioned with new capacitors, video board etc, and works perfectly. The unit works flawlessly and has brought many enjoyable times to my family.

THE BAD/UGLY:

The cabinet is in "good" condition. Some of the black needs another coat of paint and the wood veneer needs a good oiling or refinishing. The control panels, glass and underlay show some wear, given the age, with several scuffs, scratches etc.

Asking $600 obo

Anyone with the patience, skill and some time on the weekend can restore this to and raise it's value to double the current asking price. I just don't have the time or patience for it anymore.

As much as I would love to, I don't think shipping this would be cost effective, so I'm looking for someone in South Florida.

Steve - glad I could help :)

I sold my other cocktail, a multicade, in a galaxian table, which was pretty beat up for $650. So I figured that an original Ms. Pacman would be worth more. Is that not the case? What did you pay for yours?

Unfortunately Pac and Ms Pac cocktail and uprights have sunk in value, especially in Florida. I just sold a fully restored near perfect Pac cocktail for $400 and was happy I got that. The multi boards have killed the value on Pac games.

WOW! Thanks for the info. Guess I got lucky with the last sale.

Not that you got lucky, it was a multi and the average homeowner will drop $600 on one but not an original game, go figure. The average person sees all the games and the prices new multis go for and figure $600 is a deal. I probably could have gotten more for mine had I multied it but it was a beautiful original and no way would I do that. It went to a fellow collector so hopefully it will live on as a Pac for years to come.

Thanks HFK. It would be a shame to turn this table into a multi. I'm not desperate to sell, so I'll leave it at a Ms Pac. Thanks again for the info.

all my games are originals , no multi's. i dont care how much they are worth. i keep them just the way they were 30 years ago.
