The Mortal Kombat II is original. The game has the Challenger roms, but can be replaced with the original version easliy.

The game is in really good condition. It has all new buttons, joysticks, lightbulbs, t-molding, and a new NOS lexan overlay on it. The monitor has been completely rebuilt with a cap kit and has a great picture. It comes with new locks and keys, a coin bucket and the manual. This is my personal machine so it's in the best condition that I could get it in. I also added the run buttons so you can install a MK 3 or MK 4 board as well. The run buttons do not have wiring for them though. One side does have some scratches. The top of the side art on both sides is a little faded as well.
Really nice machine. I'm just getting out of the hobby so that's why it's for sale. I can hold it for however long you need me to until you pick it up, but I would need full payment first. Email me at [email protected] with any questions. Pics below. Thanks, Brent

2 questions.

Did you try selling it to ctozzi yet? He is local and only has 10 of these, I am sure he would want one more.

If I buy it, and you going to put quarters in to play it like you did with my tron?

:)

good luck bud, great game for someone.

Ctozzi only has 10? He better come and get it...

If you buy it I will put a new roll of quarters in the bottom just for you! It's on free play at the moment...

lol, I thought of ctozzi too when I saw where you were at. apparently he restores them.

good luck with your sale.

Make it more challenging! Play the bosses earlier and the hidden characters more randomly also.

What do the challenger roms do???

also easier to fight Noob Saibot I think, like a 10 round streak requirement, I think? I know you can get to Smoke from any level in it, doesn't have to be down+Start upon Toasty! on the red portal stage anymore.

also, if you go in test mode, there's no difficulty adjustment. :)
