All 3 machines are now pending pick-up.
Hi all,
I am looking to regain some space in my house and am looking at selling a few of the machines out of my collection. I'm a very casual collector (I've only had 6 machines max at any one time) and to be honest, I'm really not into eBay and shipping. So, what I'm really looking for is someone who is either local, or can come to my area (Dallas TX area) to pick up.
Here's what I have that I'm interested in selling.
1.) Lunar Lander - The good old classic B&W vector game. The cabinet is in AWESOME condition, it looks freaking new. There are some minor dings on the side, but it's easily my best looking game. It's been sitting in a company game room for years and I bought it off them a few years back.
I did have the power supply rebuilt this week. It was working before the rebuild, but the voltage was a little bit off, and everything was original, so I had that replaced.
A button light is out and a couple of the difficulty setting lights are out. Other than that it's in amazing shape. Tech said that it had a low coin count but I didn't think to ask what it was. (I can probably check though)
2.) Sinistar - Upright cabinet. It's in good condition but does have more wear than Lunar Lander. I did have a few things repaired on this machine recently. The outlet plug appeared to be damaged (possibly from moving at some earlier time before I owned it) and I had that replaced. I also had the power supply rebuilt and lithium battery added and RAM replaced with modern. This plays great.
The monitor is not the best, though.
3.) Star Trek: The Next Generation Pinball - I have this pinball machine and the cabinet and art is in really nice shape. This machine has not been serviced though in several years and would definitely need some service to get back to top form. The issues that I am aware of are:
The error report lists: Check Switches: 31 borg lock, 48 borg count, 58 right outer loop, 83 made left ramp. I don't know if there are actual problems with these switches. The last time I played the machine before the right flipper issue, it worked fine, but it's been a couple years truthfully.
There is a short of some kind in the right flipper button now. If you press it, the machine restarts. Doh. That's the only issue I know if that stops you from enjoying a normal game, so like I said, you'll need to have a tech do a service call.
--------------
I am happy to take pictures, etc. Although to be honest, all the machines are wedged into areas of my house where I don't really have room to pull them out and get at them from all sides easily, so I took some that I could take easily, and I can take more detailed pictures from other angles later if someone is really interested and wants them.
If you have any questions, are interested, or want to discuss, please feel free to shoot me an email.
