FS: Lot of NOS Arcade Chips (good stuff!!) SoCal

Unfortunately, I don't have any sort of way to track parcels sent outside of the U.S. unless I use UPS as the shipper which is both expensive and customers complain about the added taxes or whatever it is that they get hit with.

I've been out of the loop for the last week or so with the flu, but I can't leave a loose end like this out there. Of course I will do everything I can to close a deal to your satisfaction. With that in mind, I will reship using UPS (the fastest method they offer) and I will eat the added cost. I will even reverse all the duty/tax charges so you don't have to pay them. I need to know one thing, though. Should I use UK or England as the country? There is no option for GB.

I got the same response/excuse when chasing the replacement Missile Command rollers I ordered mid-end November. Still not recieved them. They aren't likely to arrive now so I've just written the cash off. No big deal. Hardly a fortune. What annoys me is that I think I've been lied to - not a great feeling. Won't do business gain. Won't recommend to anyone else either. Not impressed.

EVERYONE should have their chips. If not, please let me know ASAP. I had a hiccup with a few parcels not getting delivered (I can squarely blame the post office), but I covered for it. Anyone??

This thread brings to mind the topic of UPS vs. USPS vs. Fedex.

I seem to have varying luck with USPS (post office). They're cheap by comparison, but they have the most problems with screwing up deliveries. UPS on the other hand, is quite expensive by comparison but they make far fewer mistakes. Don't misunderstand - they DO make their fair share of mistakes, but not like the post office. Then there's FedEx. I can take them or leave them. They cost a LOT and they make a lot of mistakes. Not as many as the post office, but enough to make me take notice. They might be the worst of the bunch now that I think about it. They rarely admit to their mistakes (just like the post office), but they do eventually see the errors of their ways and fork up the money (UNLIKE the post office who never admits fault!).

Anyhow, I can't be the only one to deal with these issues. Anyone else have problems with the post office/ups/fedex? I'm kinda irked at the post office right now. LOL

I got mine and we just need to square up on some shortages communicated via PM. Thanks for the great deal....

I had one really, really, really trying experience with UPS so I never use them anymore. Never had problems like that with USPS or FedEx but I do not ship a lot.

USPS to Canada takes at LEAST a month to clear customs but is cheaper than UPS (who uses their own customs guy) but gets the stuff there in about a week.

My 2 cents.

Well, my Missile Command rollers finally turned up today. Which was an unexpected suprise. It's been quite a wait, but at least Dave threw in a new set of bearings at no extra charge. Good product too.
