FS (Houston, TX): Paperboy, EPRoM, and 720 machines... maybe...

*EDIT 7/2/2011* How about for today only I make these offers:

720 for $750
Escape from the Planet of the Robot Monsters $350
And I completely forgot but I have this Millipede with Multipede for $350, restore pics were here: http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=53591&highlight=millipede but the Multipede kit is not installed yet.

Just gauging interest on these two, but not expecting much in this shitty economy (doesn't help that I'm not hard pressed or eager to sell them).

First, Paperboy. I'd probably need about $400 to part with it. The good:
-works
-complete
-new sideart from prOk
-rebuilt controller
-recapped monitor
-repainted coin door
-no water damage
-w/ manual/schems

And the bad:
-video PCB prob needs new header/connector (common issue, sometimes game glitches and quick tug on the connector fixes it so it's obvious)
-new front vinyl application could have been done a little better

Next EPRoM. I'd take $450 just to recoup my cost of purchase. Good:
-working
-super nice cabinet w/ almost 100% complete sideart
- just restored w/ new vinyl...
-new back door...
-redone marquee w/ new 1/4" acrylic...
-redone control panel drawer area w/ new routed sides w/ new vinyl/molding
-repainted coin door...
-recapped monitor
-rebuilt Hall sticks (even the sensor PCB)
-includes manual/schems

Bad:
-marquee underlay has sun fade
-control panel has sun fade
-no coin bucket

And the coup de grace, 720! It goes nowhere for under $850. But it is worth it:
-working
-stripped to the wood and completely restored...
-new black vinyl...
-new gray vinyl kit...
-all new repro decals...
-rebuilt stick...
-redone speaker box
-includes new monitor cap kit and flyback
-includes manual/schems

The bad:
-no monitor bezel (would have to cut out your own using online instructions)
-monitor needs rebuild, sometimes colors are fine, sometimes R, G, or B will go missing (forgot which one)

I think I may still have a resto thread, too... checking... http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=89156&page=12 details most of it, but I guess I didn't take any completed pics.

So anyways, if you might want something hit me up. Thanks!

Which would then be EFPRM.

Eeeeeh personally I consider 'from' one of those words like 'of' or 'the' and would probably call it EPRM. I didn't make the abbrev. up. My bad, thought it was a more commonly known one.

But, yes, abbreviating it EFPRM is wittier and more relevant than EPROM... at least if you've never heard of an EPROM.

BUMP.

I'll still honor those prices in first post today. Probably. ( <- I'm considering just bringing at least 720 home today, if I do I may keep it... and having seen those production numbers Scott had I think I will hold on to EFTPOTRM for now)

They're old though. Since then I've rebuilt the monitor, installed new black vinyl on the front (poorly, but it could be redone easily enough and still looks nicer than those pics), and rebuilt the control yoke w/ new blue grips from Stephen.

A couple from there:
