At the request of a fellow KLOVer; I built a extra set of Gottlieb Turbo Bumper LED mods which were specifically designed for my Black Hole project but I imagine they could be used in any Gottlieb game with the proper Bumper housing (GTB-26860*).
You can see a video of the LED mod in action here:
1981 GTB Black Hole PopBumper Mod
and/or read the worklog here:
http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showpost.php?p=1355153&postcount=13
I have a single set of 6 with the new LED configuration of
Cold White – Blue – Green – Yellow – Red
Warm White in the Center
(IE UV was replaced with yellow and Pink was replaced with Red since neither showed up well)
This 6 board set is enough to replace all the Turbo Bumpers in a Black hole. The boards come with J1 unsoldered; simply wire them to your 6.3VAC GI circuit as you see fit. Polarity doesn't matter given each board has a bridge rectifier. J1 can be seen under D10 in the video at :04.
Cost is $149.99+Priority Mail Shipping & Insurance.
Hand-Assembled, tested, and ready to go today.
6board set is sold.
I also have a set of 2 with the old LED configuration:
Cold White – Blue – Green – UV - Pink
Warm White in the Center
which are extras built during the worklog.
Cost is $49.99+Priority Mail Shipping & Insurance.
Hand-Assembled, tested, and ready to go today.
First Come First Served!
