Hi All,
I'm selling off a few games in my collection to make room in my basement. One of the games I'm selling is a fully-restored and fully working upright Mylstar MACH-3. A few folks on here have seen & played it, and can certainly vouch for its condition. I am a very anal collector
The game is in amazing condition; I did a restoration on it a little over a year ago. Its cabinet was sanded down to bare wood, then primed and repainted with factory-matched blue. The back and top was repainted black per original. The sideart is new and is an excellent match with the original. As you'll see, the right side art's writting is at the back, as both pieces must have been scanned from a "left" art piece. It looks great, but isn't completely true to the original right side.
- The marquee is original, as are the monitor bezel, inside stickers, and control panel overlay. All are immaculate.
- Joystick was disassambled, sandblasted, cleaned and metal parts retextured and repainted. All bolts have been sanded, retextured, and repainted.
- The coin door was sanded, retextured, and repainted. The original G07 monitor has absolutely no burn, and is very clean. It was recapped during the restoration.
- New leg levelers and mounts. The inside wiring is all-original and unhacked. The game works great, boots pretty quickly (for a laser game!), and the target snycs are well-tuned.
- I sent the Pioneer 8210 to be rebuilt and gone-through by Duncan at Bayview Electronics in Washington.
- I have spares for several of the boards including the CPU, video board, power supply, etc, which I'd gladly include.
I have WAY too much money invested in it, and I know the game isn't worth that. Asking $700 (or best offer), including the extra boards. Pictures attached. Addl' high-res ones available as well.
Please PM if interested. Folks with serious interest only, please.
I am located in northern Colorado. Can ship via NAVL or any other shipper that will pick up from my garage. Free palleting, wrap, cardboarding, and heavy-duty strapping for anyone on VAPS.
Thanks,
Ben
