This game has been sold.
For sale or trade: One Tron machine in bad cosmetic but good working condition. Asking $450.
Ok… it's pretty ugly. It works great though. It has a switching power supply upgrade with what I assume is a battery for the high scores.
The cabinet has water damage at the very bottom on that side (see photos). I'm sure if enough work was put into it, it could be saved.
Side art is scratched and gouged to hell on one side. The other side is also scratched up but not as bad. The rest of the cabinet overlays are better, but still torn up.
The controls work well but the joystick has a weird double Licon button thing in the place the Tron logo insert normally goes. The foil-like reflector in the black light compartment above the joystick is chewed up.
Like many Trons, the monitor has a lot of MCP cone burn, but it's not bad looking when the game is on.
I also still have my dedicated Rampart available… buy both machines for $750. ($100 off).
I'll also entertain any trade offers of 80s games that I don't already own (please see my VAPS). I'll also trade for parts...
Parts I need:
Atari System 1 parts (all parts except the cabinet itself!)
System 1 Indiana Jones kit
19" Amplifone monitor PCBs (deflection & HV)
Star Wars yoke controller
Star Wars PCB set
Star Wars complete wiring harness
Battlezone PCB set
