A few more updates.

- The Phoenix PCB was tested today and appears to work. However, it woudn't
coin-up, but that may just be my Phoenix to JAMMA adapter (seen stuff like that
before).
- If someone wants the 3 Neo Geo carts, I will do $30 + s/h for all 3 (that 1/2 off).
- More payments were received and those will ship on Monday.
