This is a game that I will never get around to restoring so I am selling it as is. The cabinet is solid, NO water damage. It has some dings, scrapes, scratches, paint wear, etc, but is not in bad shape by any means. Clean inside, (recently scrubbed and vacuumed by me) still running on the original working power supply. All original glass marquee and glass bezel, both in great shape. Original CPO has no tears and very little wear. Comes with the original short-shaft Wico joystick and buttons. This has a 4900 monitor with a brand new replacement chassis and a somewhat burned tube. Burn is visible mainly when the game is off, can't really be seen when the game is on. This has a credit button drilled in the front, easily removable. Overall, a nice solid working game and a perfect candidate for your first Taito restoration. I am looking for $300 or reasonable offer. Can ship if you set it up, will pallet for $50, but I'd recommend NAVL unless you are in the Midwest (SD, ND, MN, IA, WI, IL, NE), then I'd go SPEE-DEE Delivery. Just an example, I shipped a Space Wars up here from Southern Nebraska for $116 with insurance and lift gate delivery, but the game will need to be palleted, so add $50 to that price. You're still at less than half of what NAVL will charge you. Pics:

This game is on hold until tomorrow morning. If interested though, PM me. If 1st guy doesn't take it, it's still up for grabs. One more tidbit, the lower marquee bracket has been powdercoated, so there's one less piece you have to worry about when you restore it. More pics:

Well, my other option was to sell the kit and make this cabinet into a Pirate Pete, but without Pirate Pete source artwork to make repros from, I'm kinda screwed on that one. If it doesn't sell, I'll restencil it with Alpine Ski colors and keep it as an EA for the time being. Otherwise it will become a Pirate Pete, but still with the Black on Blue color scheme. I just have to be selective about my projects, and EA, while a cool game, holds no nostalgic value for me.

I love EA---been playing it a lot since DJ DNS dropped his off last week (that and Moon Patrol, which is my wife's new fave). Good luck with the sale.

Honestly, that was the best of about 15 screen shots I took. The game never sits still long enough to get a nice still shot. Try using a camera in night mode with no flash without a tripod sometime.

Hmmm...
I think it's getting - or at least about to get - a little chilly in Minn. I'm guessing a nice visit to Florida would work well in your vacation plans... :)
Just pop it in the back of your truck, and bring it along!!
Swing by my place, and I'll take it off your hands for $300!!

Will take $275 on this fine machine. Come and get it. Did I mention I cleaned it inside and out and everything works? Also, no water damage, Taitos are infamous for water damage. Not this one. Shipping thru SPEE DEE will only cost you $150 if you are in the states I mentioned earlier. Let's do this.

Elevator Action

Phet, what is the rock bottom you would take on this game for a fellow Minnesotan? ;) I shouldn't be asking because I have 0, actually -5 space, but I do like Elevator Action. I can't believe I am even asking, my wife would kill me, but I have the sickness just like everyone else on here.... :)

I sent you a PM...

More pics, rock bottom price of $250 to KLOVers. $250 for a working, decent shape, complete, water damage-free EA. Do things get any sweeter? More pics:
