FS: Dragon's Lair/Space Ace Games / kit
*** List Revised Again 4/3/11 - More Items Added and Descriptions Updated ***
A buddy asked me to sell the following Dragon's Lair (DL) / Space Ace (SA) items for him. I'll coordinating and open to cash offers. Shipping of the cabinets is possible (we're in the Kansas City metro area) if you arrange everything, otherwise the kit can be sold without the cabinets. I would PREFER to sell everything to one person, but will split-up if necessary. Pics are pending.
- Two (2) DL/SA cabinets - Both have some restorable damage along the bottom sides, one has the marquee wood cut flat, and the other has DL side-art (one side decent, other 1/2 gone). Assume both are just wood at this point, but are both usable and restorable. Both cabinets have their laserdisc drawers.
- DL/SA wiring harness
- DL/SA PCB (worked when tested 4 years ago & converted to play both DL & SA with the flip of a switch ala D.L.P.) with metal mounting
- DL Control Panel with two extra holes, no CPO - No other hardware included
- DL/SA bezel plexi (not sure if it's original)
- DL/SA black, plastic monitor surround
- DL/SA metal monitor mounts (1 set, may have another single mount too)
- DL/SA power supply with metal mounting
- SA annunciator PCB and three selection buttons, wiring and metal mounting
- DL/SA scoreboard PCB
- DL/SA scoreboard plexi
- DL/SA scoreboard wiring
- DL marquee (decent to good condition)
- SA marquee (decent to good condition)
- DL/SA G07 NTSC to RGB conversion board & metal mounting (ribbon cable is included)
- SA laserdisc
- DL/SA marquee rails (one set, have a 3rd single bar that has been cut down)
- DL/SA Coin door (raised Cinematronics logo type, but without the logo, wiring/mechs are included)
- Sony laserdisc player conversion card (Hi-Tech)
- Sony LaserMax LDP-2000 player
- DL/SA speakers (x3) and metal grills covers (x4) with bolts
- Laserdisc data cable (PCB to laserdisc player), coaxial cable, etc.
- Roll of vinyl to repair/replace vinyl sides of the above two cabinets (not sure of sq. footage)
- DL/SA power input/switch and plate
- DL/SA volume pots and metal mounting plate
- DL/SA fan (x2)
- DL/SA fan cover (may have a second)
- DL/SA coin box with cover and lock bar
I will post pictures when I have them, but this looks to be a pretty complete kit and enough parts to put at least one of the games back together with some parts left over for the other cabinet. My buddy is still trying to find the Dragon's Lair laserdisc, repro DL CPO, and repro DL side-art he purchased some years ago (these are not included with the above, but may be for additional $ when he finds them).
