Man, get some new white buttons and paint that joystick center! You can't tarnish such a beautiful CPO with a rusty rod!!!

I got new buttons at work.. (Only put in to hold the art in the proper spot. And I plan to tear down the joystick again and wire wheel the base.. paint with textured paint.

Minty fresh like Mentos ? No one has a extra light cover laying around do they.. If not I'll wait.. thats one of two pieces I still need.

My turn!

I saw the pics of everyones rusty shafts, and I noticed mine was starting to tarnish again, even after I had cleaned it up about 6 months ago.
I grabbed some 1" heat shrink tubing and covered up the bare metal. No more rusty stick for me.

Thanks Rich! Looking forward to the translite background and a light cover sometime.

In addition to the CPO, I polished the metal button bezel, added a new "Deflect" plate, new Groovy Game Gear Joystick, and painted the stick as well. Had to do something while my painted Turbo parts were drying!

EDOT is purple and only has a 1 player button.

The EDOT cpo also has a shorter overhang (the bottom part of the control panel).

Just got mine in the mail, along with the T-Shirt yesterday.

The CPO is absolutely perfect. Beautiful work as always from ToG, and the shirt is sweet also. Thanks very much to Rich for finally getting these done. Now to find time to install...

hmmm i notice your ARROW is off centered to.. the one over the joystick.. lines up with the one over the spinner though just like mine!
