FS" Discs of Tron in Texas (CL, not mine)

wow! for that just call the dude selling the one on cl and have it shipped to Fl. and when you get tired of it sell it to me:)

DOT is not EDOT..

There are some factory cut cab DOT's(I assume play as EDOT), or morons like me who gutted a EDOT and put the parts into a DOT.... But most people dream for the EDOT..

I agree with you but if you don't have the space for an Edot then I guess you go for the Dot

Nice, looks like I started a real shit storm here. As I said before I am a HUGE fan of this game, I have one and I will never let it go.

But it is highly desirable, collectible and very rare. I've seen nice Tron's sell on ebay for $1500, so why not a UDOT?

Do you have a nice one for $900 you'd like to sell? :)

Good point, UDOT should be worth more than a Tron.

I am not saying that lasers or vectors are better than a UDOT, I am just saying that they seem to be expesive in comparison to raster games. Could be something to do with the harder to find parts to keep them going. (i.e. laser players, vector monitors).

When I say "historically significant" I am generally referring to firsts, prototypes, one-of-a-kinds.

Damn, this price policing thing is brutal, I think I am done for now. I hope he gets 10K for it! :)
