Its all a matter of catching someone who has the cash burning a hole in his/her pocket and loves that game.
He will get it but just to check...
Does anyone have one they will sell cheaper?
It's not a vector. it's not a laser, it's not a prototype, it's not historically significant.
I wanted one really bad, but there was no way I would have paid more than $900 for an UDOT. It's not a vector. it's not a laser, it's not a prototype, it's not historically significant.

thats a load of crap.. What makes laserdisc games or vector games historically significant? Other than dragons lair, the rest of the laserdisc games are who cares.. I think the no one in the world would miss astron belt, or galaxy ranger..
Same thing with the atari vectors, besideds asteroids, star wars maybe tempest and battlezone, who would miss ESB..
Discs of tron is just as significant as tron is. Even more so as it was only part of the game that was deemed worth making into a solo game. Tron is just 4 disjointed parts slammed together just like gorf is. Other than light cycles, tron would suck.. Also discs of tron is probably 5x more rare than tron.. If trons are selling $400-$1500, it would stand to reason DOT would be worth little more..
And when it comes right down to it, who cares about history. I don't collect games that are historically significant. When I started collecting, DOT was a must have. Tron, I never really cared to own until a real nice one came accross my path.
I fully agree.![]()
I'll pay $1900 for an *EMPTY* edot in Florida as long as the cabinet is in great condition with near mint side art. I'm serious so please pm if you can help.
