FS:D&D:SoM & ToD CPS-2 B Boards + 1 A Board

I have a Dungeons & Dragons:Tower of Doom and Shadow Over Mystara B Boards for sale. Plus one A Board to go with them. They are the Asia grey boards. All 3 are in nice condition and are 100% working. And no, neither one of them have the Phoenix chips in them. Taking offers right now since I do have an idea of what they are worth, but dont want to over price them and look like a greedy bastard. Want to sell them altogether and not seperate them. Thanks for looking.

might not be a lot of love for the Grey boards but those are two good games that are worth quite a bit.

you might want to split them up though so it's not such a huge purchase on somebody, but hard to do that since I don't think many people have a grey A board already.

good luck with your sale and a Bump for ya.

grey boards

Pardon my ingorance, I've seen a lot about different capcom cps/pcb types around the web but haven't stumbled upon anyone calling them grey boards. Anyone have a quick explanation of them? Would these work in a supergun?

The colors refer to the different regions the game was intended for use in. Otherwise, gameplay is the same. Here's the low-down from wikipedia...

Blue: U.S.A., Canada, and Europe
Green: Japan
Orange: South America
Gray: Asia
Yellow: "Region 0" (available by rental only)
Black: "Region 0" incorporated A and B board in the same unit

As long as you have both the A & B boards, CPS-2 games will work w/ a supergun.

The color means the Region the board was made for. Blue is U.S. and Euro, Grey is Asia, Green is Japan and Orange is South America. The A board and B board both have to be of the same region to work together. I have Blue boards of both of these games and just got the Phoenix chips in them so I just want to sell off my other set which are the grey ones. Even though they are Asia boards they are in English.

I would love to sell them seperate but I only have one Grey A board or else I would. :(

No. There are some sources on the net that say this but it isn't true.

The carts have four connectors that connect to the A board. On the blue and green all four connectors are the same size. The orange and greys have one connector longer than the others. Unfortunately it is on a different leg for each. Yellow rental carts are based on the region of the pcb. For example a Japanese rental will use a blue or green A board and a Hispanic rental will use a orange A board.

Aren't grey boards compatible with the orange A boards? Same as Green and Blue are interchangeable?
