FS: Centipede, Maximum Speed, pinballs (Morenci, MI)

Third update: Funhouse, Pinbot and Centipede have left the building, and Johnny, Bride and Max Speed are slated to leave this weekend. The first three games are really getting around. The Pinbot buyer plans on taking it to the Michigan Pinball Expo. Funhouse is slated to make an appearance at the Ohio Pinball Show. I'm also happy to report that the buyer of the Centipede picked it up on Sunday and had it already up and running last night. I won't name the buyers unless they would like to jump in and take credit. Thanks again everyone for helping me with the move. I'll leave the items and prices here for historical interest.

Second update: I have tentative offers on everything right now. I will update this post if this changes. Thanks for the amazing response, everyone. Really helps with the stress of the move!

Update: Sorry for taking so long to get back here. Yesterday turned into an extremely busy day. Pics are posted here: http://s784.photobucket.com/albums/yy124/kzoo_photos/. I made a couple of updates to the machines below in red, too, and I'm working on responding to all of the PMs.

Well, it finally happened. I'm moving to Columbus, OH for a new job and I need to severely cut back on my collection. I'll have pics posted by tomorrow.

1. Centipede upright project - this is a project machine that I just never had the time to finish. Cabinet is in good condition and has a new control panel overlay and a repro marquee from MAME Marquees. Trackball is not original. So far I've cleaned the cab and painted the inside with KILZ and rebuilt the main power block (including new big blue). I have rebuild kits for the ARII and WG4600 monitor that I'm including as well. When I bought it, I was promised that the main board worked well, but I've never even confirmed this. Machine is somewhat disassembled as I started on the refurb process, but I can put it back together if wanted. Pics don't show all of parts, but they are there. $200

2. Maximum Speed upright project - this machine is almost ready to go. Locks are drilled out. The seat and pedal assembly was removed crudely by snipping the wires that connected the pedals to the cabinet. Game powers up fine and the WG U2000 25" monitor looks good except for discoloring in the upper-right corner (needs a degauss). Belt for the force feedback wheel is broken and needs a replacement. $150

3. Funhouse pinball - I really, truly hate to sell this one. It does need a little attention. Some bulbs are burnt, needs a playfield cleaning and new rubbers, and Rudy's jaw gear needs to be replaced. Everything else works just fine and the playfield itself is in great shape. I do have the replacement gear here, but like so many other projects, I just never had the time to replace it. Plastics are missing above the right slingshot in the pic, but I do have new replacements that I purchased that I'll include. $1500

4. Bride of Pinbot pinball - There's a little playfield wear near the inserts in the middle. Working just fine. $1050

5. Pinbot pinball - This pinball is in great physical shape, both cabinet and playfield. Have a little flickering on the score displays. $750

6. Johnny Mnemonic pinball - Everything works great on Johnny and the data glove was rewired with a heavier gauge wire. Typical cabinet fade. $1050

I do have a lot of parts (bulbs, rubbers, posts, etc.) that I would be happy to throw in with the pinball purchases. If you're interested in anything, just drop me a PM. I'm about 30 miles west of Toledo, OH on the Michigan/Ohio border.

Will you be around for Pinball at the Zoo or the show in Detroit that weekend or will you be in moved by then?

By the way, this BUMP goes to some great prices and JM is a great pin (I have one myself). Can't wait for the pix!

Updated the first post with pics and new info. Ixtlann, you'll be hearing from me, and thanks! Bcgameguide, I'm still a little uncertain on whether I'll be at the shows or not. Life is going to be a little unpredictable over the next few weeks.

Just a note on the pics - the pinballs are in a small and crowded room, so the pics might be a little claustrophobic. If there's something in particular that you want to see, just ask!

I hope you can make it to Pinball at the Zoo if you are still around. If not, good luck in the new state!
