Comes with the PCB, marquee and bezel. The marquee and bezel are both in great shape. The PCB is super clean, in fact the cleanest PCB I have ever owned.

Asking $250 plus shipping.

Do you have any more of the repro CPOs? I sold my Strider off years ago and am still regretting it. :( I do still have a boardset and marquee, however. Your cabinet looks so nice it seems a real shame to part it.

I don't unfortunately. I can't remember where I got it from either. The more I think about it I need to keep this game. It would be a shame to part it out.

I agree. That cabinet looks awesome and really makes me miss mine. :(

Anyone have any artwork for sale? :)

if thats an original CPO on the panel, you should sell it with the kit. The cabinet is common.

If you need a panel to put in, I have some forgotten worlds panels that are drop in exact fit(but 2 joystick 2 spinner setup). I think I even have the deeper control panels (2 joystick 3 button layout) for golden axe.

dam what a sweet game!

i too owned this game and totally regret selling it, good move on keeping it. although you may not have purchased the overlay directly from them it came from (or at least the scan did) classicarcadegrafix.com when they were still arround, i remember sending them the NOS overlay to scan, the first overlay they sent to me had very "neon" greens in the bushes ( as yours does) that lined up with the bezel so i sent it back and they adjusted the greens. scan ended up on line for free

on the cab...its a data east like the ones used in Karnov, caveman ninja, etc.......so this kit was definately installed. i spoke with someone who worked from capcom NA and they told me the althought strider was primirally offered as a kit they did offer a "dedicated" cabinet which was simply was the kit installed in a first generation dynamo, these have the three sided control panel as used in forgotten worlds - minus the unique spinners.

Looks awesome. I cant believe you'd consider parting that machine out.

Worth more as parts then whole unfortunately.

SMART decision to NOT part this machine out. Keep it in one piece, even if you do decide to sell it...

I agree, I decided I didn't need to sell it that badly :)

Thanks for letting me know where it came from! I couldn't remember I bought it so long ago. It is actually a really good reproduction overall and has stood up very well over the years.

The parts for this Strider did come from a dedicated unit actually. I found the current cab its in, was a DE Vigilante and I converted it so I could install strider. I had to fight to sell the Vigilante parts, that's a game no one seems to want. I Had to cut the curved part of the marquee area off and paint the cab. Looks nice and technically not out of place as a conversion.
